The following people were processed at the county jail on these charges in the past week.

Wesley L. Darnell, 41, of Arab, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. 

Kathryn Celeste King, 26, of Crossville, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. 

Ryan Lane Motes, 28, of Boaz, was charged with third degree miscellaneous theft of property.

Preston Tyrone Swain, 42, of Boaz, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. 

Devan Matthias Hiram Coppett, 18, of Arab, was charged with first degree burglary. 

Jarred Bryan Motes, 25, of Troy, was charged with first degree possession of a forged instrument and failure to appear for operating a vehicle without insurance. 

Mitchell Lawayne Rainwater, 56, of Albertville, was charged with possession of child pornography. 

Amber Lashay Jaco, 32, of Albertville, was charged with second degree assault, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, second degree promoting prison contraband, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication. 

Tom Seabers Pope, 32, of Albertville, was charged with theft of article from auto and miscellaneous theft.

Thomas Filmore, 46, of Albertville, was charged with domestic violence first degree strangle suffocate. 

Jason Russell Hallmark, 43, of Horton, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and third degree domestic violence.

Daniel Lee Motley, 33, of Crossville, was charged with second degree escape and third degree escape. 

Kenzi McNab Bruce, 20, of Albertville, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of a prohibited beverage. 

Jonathon Brian Jackson, 41 of Grant, was charged with first degree receiving stolen property. 

Eric Lee Tucker, 31, of Scottsboro, was charged with attempting to elude a police officer, first degree unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement and failure to appear for second degree unlawful possession of marijuana. 

Emily Vineyard, 25, of Horton, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. 

Mark Duane Paseur, 38, of Grant, was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, attempting to elude and second degree unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Taylor Glen Hart, 25, of Albertville, was charged with no force burglary non-residence. 

Mathew Earl Benefield, 35, of Arab, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, first offense drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana. 

Gerald Gene Headley, 59, of Boaz, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and second offence unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Victoria Cecelia Parrish, 23, of Gadsden, was charged with first degree possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a prescription drug and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gary Wayne Smith, 53, of Albertville, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Gregory Delane Drinkard, 47, of Arab, was charged with burglary non-resident force. 

Desirae Mariea McCormick, 35, of Dothan, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. 

Colby Lynn Shumate, 29, of Guntersville, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, second degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Sara Jean Toensmeyer, 35, of Albertville, was charged with public intoxication.
