Vivian Kay Johnson Pinkerton, age 68, of Grant, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at Crestwood Hospital. She was born in Huntington, West Virginia, to Brady Leslie and Alice Katherine Reynolds Johnson. No services have been announced at this time.

At its meeting last Monday, the Grant Town Council approved a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 265 to institute a Municipal Intercept Program for the town. It’s aimed at recovering old fines owed to the town.
