Three Marshall County Schools will have their homecomings this weekend, DAR High School, Douglas High School and Brindlee Mountain High School. Here is a quick run through of what is happening.

DAR High School

Kate Duncan Smith DAR High School will have their homecoming and reunion weekend on October 4 through October 6. On Thursday, October 4, homecoming will start with a parade at 4 p.m. The parade will begin on Main Street and end at Patriot Stadium. 

On Friday, they will have a Big Blue Tailgate party. To be a part of the tailgate party, you need to preregister and the cost will be $15. This includes the tailgate and a ticket to the game.

On Saturday, the campus will be open for tours at 10 a.m. You must preregister for this event as well.

DAR will play Southside at their homecoming game.

Douglas High School

Douglas High School will have their homecoming on Friday. The Eagles will be playing Southside High School.

The school will have their parade at 2:15 p.m. on the same day as the homecoming game. The parade will begin at the Douglas Water Board. It will come up Bethlehem Road, turn left onto Hwy 75, turns by the baseball field and ends at the football field.

Brindlee Mountain 

Brindlee Mountain High School will host Sylvania High School for their homecoming game on Friday, October 5.

The school will not have a parade.
