The Lillies of the Valley Womens Community Club met at the Kudzu Restruant in Scottsboro for their June meeting. Those attending were Myrna Beafore, Roberta Stout, Patsy Ingle, Mary Robertson, Paulette Smith and Tillie White. Their next meeting will be at Somewhere on Main in Albertville in June.

Jack & Roberta Stout, son Fred Stout, his son Hunter Stout and Carley Bailey spent four days in the state of Iowa. They were visiting Roberta’s family, who are her brother, Donald Blachard and wife Nancy, her sister Nettie Sorensen and husband Donnie, her sister-in-law Lois Blanchard and bunches of nieces & nephews. They had a large group of family at her Brothers Pond on Memorial Day. Jack and Roberta moved to Alabama to the Guntersville area 45 years ago with four sons, a dog and a cat. Their sons & families all live in the area.

Winners for the Tournaments at Mt. Lakes Resort are Shirley Upton, Betty Hawkins, Brenda Fordham, Janice Bailey, Dottie Benson, Pat Lewis and Shiela Lacey.

Winners for the First Tuesday of the Month Bunco Club were Phyllis Baker, Roberta Stout, Sharon Hahn and Mary Robertson.

Birthdays for June are Joey Stout (9), Fred Stout (13) and Kelli Stout (30).
