Three state prisoners from Marshall County have been granted parole by the Alabama Parole Board.

They are Shasta Danielle Finley, Jessica Barnett Mayes and Curtis Matthew Putnam. 

Finley has served a year and 10 months of a 15-year sentence she received for receiving stolen property and obstruction of justice. She got credit for 1,276 days of "good time."

Mayes has served nearly a year of a 31-month she received for possession of a controlled substance and breaking and entering a motor vehicle. She got 178 days credit for "good time."

Putman has served 4 years and 3 months on a 10-year sentence he received for escape, burglary and possession of a controlled substance.
