Annie Threatt

Annie Laura Threatt

We celebrate the homecoming of one of God's children, Sis. Annie Threatt, who was born on April 28, 1947, in Guntersville to the late Curtis Sr. and Sarah Faulks.

She departed her life on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021, at Shepherd's Cove in Albertville and was reunited with her parents; her brothers, Robert Watkins, Curtis Faulks Jr., Willie Faulks, William Faulks and Ray Faulks; sisters, Margaret Fennell and Richardean Havis.

Angie loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a big Alabama football fan and she worked at the Gold Kist Poultry Plant where she retired from.

Annie was a member of Allen Chapel AME Church in Albertville where she served on many boards. She was also a member of the Women's Missionary Society.

She leaves to cherish her memories a loving husband, Gilliaum; two sons, Everic Faulks and Heath Faulks; one daughter, Felicia Faulks, all of Guntersville; one sister, Ida Mae Billingsley, of Guntersville; seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren; three sister-in-laws, Betty Watkins, of Guntersville, Bernice (John) Tolbert and Joyce Stoghill, all of Birmingham; two brothers, Alvin (Angie) Threatt, of Washington, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
