John Raymond Skaggs, 27, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of marijuana.

According to the police report, he was arrested on Drive In Road by Patrolman Dylan W. Guffey of the Guntersville Police Department. The Albertville K9 unit was called in to search the vehicle.

Joel Martinez Hernandez, 24, was charged with felony distribution of a controlled substance and misdemeanor of drug paraphernalia first offense.

According to the police report, he was arrested by Patrolman Dylan W. Guffey of the Guntersville Police Department in Boaz.
