Alabama A&M played Morehouse State last weekend in the Black College Hall of Fame Game at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio.
A touchdown by Guntersville's Jordan Bentley put the Bulldogs up 14-7 with 5:59 left in the first half.
Bentley touched the ball 12 times on the rush and 2 times receiving for 80 yards and a touchdown.
Alabama A&M beat Morehouse of Atlanta 35-30 and had a big day passing with 28 of 44 for 397 yards and 4 touchdowns.
Bentley had the other TD which was his 24th as an Alabama A&M Bulldog. The hit of the day was made by Jordan on an interception return by Morehouse. There was a convoy of blockers leading the way and somehow Bentley broke through and leveled the runner. The stadium crowd reacted with the hit of the game because it was the type of hit he made many times while playing for the Guntersville Wildcats.
This Saturday night, Arkansas Pine Bluff is the opponent at Louis Crews Stadium with kickoff at 6 p.m.
