The following people were booked at the county jail on various charges. Please remember that a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:

Terry Wayne Alldredge, 56, of Union Grove, was charged with aggravated assault of a non-family member with a gun. 

Kaylee Marie Lawson, 20, of Albertville, was charged with interference with custody. 

David Eugene Marks, 40, of Grant, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. 

Sterlin Ray Morgan, 26, of Boaz, was charged with second degree escape and failure to appear for probation revocation. 

Richard Dewayne Terrell, Sr., 34, of Albertville, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear for speeding and failure to appear for failure to stop. 

Bersein Vasquez, 20, of Albertville, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. 

Dustin Alexander Russell, 23, of Guntersville, was charged with domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation.

Sedalia Lashonda Eubanks, 29, of Guntersville, was charged with chemical endangerment of a child, and two counts of insufficient funds check negotiating non-negotiable worthless instrument. 

Crystal Joetta Wayne, 38, of New Hope, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, second degree possession of marijuana, first offense drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession of prescription drugs. 

Santiago Lopez Chavez, 22, of Crossville, was charged with using a false identity to avoid arrest/hinder prosecute and failure to appear for promoting prison contraband.

Matthew Mackenzi Cookston, 32, was charged with pedestrian under the influence. 

Anthony Daily, 60, of Boaz, was charged with providing false or misleading information as an adult sex offender. 

William Everett Davis, 57, of Guntersville, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. 

Joshua Robert Martinez, 29, of Huntsville, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. 

Brandon Lee Riley, 35, of Albertville, was charged with driving under the influence.

Christopher Dewayne Bagwell, 38, of Boaz was charged with sex abuse of a child under the age of 12. 

John Tyler Berryhill, 21, of Meridianville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. 

Jonathan Victor Maynard, 37, of Madison, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of dangerous drugs. 

Tanner Kyle Nelson, 19, of Boaz, was charged with aggravated assault of a non-family member with a gun.
