Boutique Crash

Early Sunday morning, a car crashed into True South Boutique. The driver was transported to Huntsville Hospital.

Early Sunday morning at around 1:30 a.m., a vehicle crashed into the front of True South Boutique located on Gunter Avenue in between Eyes on Guntersville and the old Swords Jewelry location.

According to a Guntersville police report, officer Mark Fortune was dispatched to True South Boutique where a 2008 Honda Accord driven by Julia Ramirez, 22, had ran into the front of the store. Several windows were broken, decorations were damaged and the exterior had damage as well.

Fortune reported that Ramirez was not conscious when he arrived on the scene but was breathing.

By Monday morning, True South Boutique had cleaned the debris from the wreck and covered the exterior windows. In a post on Facebook, it was stated that True South will be closed for a few days in order to clean up.
