The following were arrested by the Guntersville Police Department:

Daniel Eric Sparks, 35, was charged with felony burglary third degree and a misdemeanor of attempting to elude a police officer. He was arrested near Burroughs Drive and Highway 431.

According to the police report, he led them on a chase while driving a moped not wearing a helmet. He was arrested by sergeant Justin Young of the Guntersville Police Department.

Tyler Delane Moore, 25, was arrested by Guntersville Police near Highway 431 and Webb Avenue. He was charged with felony drug trafficking of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, misdemeanor drug paraphernalia second offense and misdemeanor unlawful possession of a concealed weapon. The arresting officer was Jeremy Kirkwood.

Angel Dawn Abernathy, 36, was arrested on a charge of felony drug trafficking of methamphetamine, felony charges of using false identity to avoid arrest, misdemeanor theft of property fourth degree with property valued $499 or less, drug paraphernalia second offense and misdemeanor of possession of concealed weapon without a permit. She was arrested by Jeremy Kirkwood of the Guntersville Police Department near Highway 431 and Webb Avenue.

Tony Lynn Edwards, 57, was arrested by sergeant Ted Spooner of the Guntersville Police Department at his residence on Bakers Chapel Road. He was charged with felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and misdemeanor menacing domestic violence.
