Invasive carp in the Tennessee River have been on the radar for conservationists and anglers for some time.

Last week, a pair of bighead carp – an invasive species native to Asia – were caught in the Browns Creek arm of Guntersville Lake by commercial fisherman Arrion Tucker and his assistant Michael Kendall.
