Vivian and Elissa (Kinley) Williams' reception, hosted by the ladies of the Guntersville Seventh Day Adventist Church, was held Sunday, April 7. There were several people in attendance; some traveled as far as Maryland to attend this joyous occasion. Mr. and Mrs. Williams were married February 16 in Florida and honeymooned on a cruise to Cozumel, Jamaica, and Haiti. They will reside in Guntersville.

Mr. Michael Reese of the A.B.C. Board spoke to the public at the Guntersville Seventh Day Adventist Church on March 30, 2019. He spoke on the dangers of synthetic drugs and other drugs in the community. He will speak again on May 16 at 5:30 a.m at Guntersville Seventh Day Adventist Church. It is free and all are welcome.


On Saturday, April 13, the Lakeview Community Civic Organization sponsored a trip for the youth tr to see the Huntsville Ballet production of "Romeo and Juliet." Afterwards, the kids were treated to a meal at the Hampton Cove's Chick-Fil-A. LCCO would like to thank the Huntsville Ballet and Chick-Fil-A of Hampton Cove for their support in sponsoring this event.
