The Foundation for Marshall Medical Centers will host its 10th annual Pink Pumpkin Run on Saturday, Oct. 26, at Civitan Park. Registration is underway now.

The run benefits mammography and cancer services at Marshall Medical Centers.

This year’s theme is “Run Through the Decades.” Participants are encouraged to dress up in their favorite era’s best. You could represent the Roaring 20’s in fringe and feathers or dawn your soda shop best and request some 50’s sock hop tunes from the jukebox. Or maybe you really missed your calling as a flower child of the 60’s or just need to dust off your flannel shirt from the 90’s. Whichever era you choose, you’ll be in good company as the run celebrates decades past and a decade of breast cancer awareness!

The event will feature a 5K, 10K and a 1 Mile Fun Run. Music, children’s activities and the popular Pink Pancake Brunch will be a part of the event. Registration is $30.
