A Grant area man has been charged with having a stolen motorcycle, assistant chief deputy Steve Guthrie said.
On Thursday, April 25, a Marshall County sheriff’s deputy stopped a motorcycle in the Grant area driven by William Hullett Jarrett. After running the VIN numbers on the motorcycle, it was determined it had been stolen from Guntersville, Guthrie said.
Jarrett was charged with receiving stolen property - vehicle. He was taken to the county jail where his bond was set at $5,000.
