The county meet is a time to give the swimmers competition with multiple teams and get them ready for the district meet. District will be July 12 & 13 in Cullman. Those who finish in the top 4 in their individual event automatically advance to state regardless of time. Others who swim a state qualifying time and finish in the top 16 also advance. The top 9 relays in each age division advance; there is no qualifying time for relays. The State Meet will be July 26 & 27 in Opelika.
