Wanda Lee “Kitten” Bryan, 76, of Arab, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021, at Marshall Manor Nursing Home.
Wanda was born November 2, 1944, in Marshall County, the daughter of James Haga and Leola Whisenant Haga. She was a graduate of Arab High School Class of 1963, a cosmetologist, retired from Wal-Mart in Arab after working approximately 25 years, and a member of Westside Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Lajuana Bryan; sisters, Willie Willis and Martha Carrington; brothers, Oliver Haga, Verlon Haga and Leonard Haga; grandchildren, Corey Martin, Olivia Martin and Isaac Bryan; and one great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews and many other family members.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Radford Bryan; a daughter, Darlene Martin; and her parents, James and Leola Haga.
Funeral service were Sunday, March 28, 2021, at Gober Funeral Chapel with Bro. Sherman Bailey officiating. Burial was in the Old Union Hill Cemetery south of Arab.
Pallbearers were Leonard Haga, Zac Haga, Jason Willis, Scott Haga, Seth Moore, Harley Willis, Mickey Waldrop and Eric Cramer. Honorary Pallbearers were Oliver Haga, Verlon Haga and James Willis.
