Mrs. Wanda Gay Kelley, of the Scant City area of Guntersville, Alabama, passed away on November 18, 2022 at her residence at the age of 79.

Mrs. Kelley was born on March 27, 1943 to Kenneth Glenn Bodine and Lois Marie Buchanan in Marshall County, Alabama. She was married to Tom Kelley Jr. and retired from the Eaton Corporation.

Mrs. Kelley had a passion for scrapbooking, playing in her flowers, loving on her dog Cooper, and making cards. She loved to cook and became locally famous for her delicious red velvet cake. Mrs. Kelley also loved to travel to the beach and would always find an excuse to go.

Mrs. Kelley is survived by son, Jeff Kelley and his wife Debbie; daughter, Robyn Searcy and her husband Dwayne; sisters Jane Moore and June Scott; grandchildren, Brandy Thomas and her husband Jason, Josh “Skeeter” Gresham and his wife Amanda, Jessica Lee and her husband Justin and Annie Kelley; and great-grandchild, Dalton Gresham.

Mrs. Kelley is preceded in death by her husband, Tom Kelley Jr.; parents, Kenneth and Lois Bodine; and sister, Margaret Goble.

The family of Mrs. Kelley held visitation on Tuesday, November 22, at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel. Services immediately followed and were officiated by Bro. Josh Garmany. Interment was at Brookwood Cemetery.
