AJ Shumate, shown in the maroon uniform in the state semi-finals, was the Area MVP and an All-State selection in boys soccer. He's only a sophomore at Guntersville High.

• AJ Shumate, So.
• JB Bankole, Sr.
• Slaide Mohr, So.
Also making the 5A All-State team was Boaz senior Nico Motoa.
On the All-State Second Team from Guntersville were:
• Elysee Laguerre, So.
• Hunter Morton, So.
Boaz put three on the Second Team, sophomore Jose Arreguin, senior Osiel Bello and senior Angel Contreras.
