The 7th grade Wildcats started their game out strong against the Arab Knights, but were unable to hold on to a first-half lead with a plethora of penalties and missed opportunities in the second half.

Quarterback Street Smith scored a touchdown within the first few minutes of play. Before the first quarter was over, running back Dadrien Waller ran the ball in for a second touchdown. Neither PATs were successful and they ended the half on top, 12-0.

During the first play of the second half, Arab made a touchdown and scored the extra points, bringing the score to 12-8. The Knights pulled ahead of the Cats on their next possession with another touchdown. Waller stopped the PAT attempt and the score was 14-12, going into the fourth quarter.

With a couple good defensive tackles, Arab broke through late in the game for one last touchdown and successful PAT. Final score, 22-12, with another loss for the Wildcats.
