The DAR Patriots wrapped up spring training last Friday when they traveled to Fairview High School for a football spring jamboree.
The Patriots have several young and inexperienced players on their roster who got their first taste of varsity football under new head coach Kyle Davis. Fairview has been a top ten team in class 5A the past few years and the upcoming squad looks to be no different. While the Patriots had trouble getting anything going on offense, the Aggies scored four touchdowns in the opening quarter to lead 28-0. The 2nd quarter was more of the same with Fairview adding three more touchdowns while holding DAR scoreless.
