Ella Tate Campbell swims breast stroke for 11-12 Girls at the ARPA State Championship Swim Meet in Opelika last weekend.

For possibly the first time in Aquacat history, the Guntersville Swim Team came in 4th place at the ARPA State Championship Swim Meet in Opelika over the weekend, scoring 360 more points than last year and moving up from 9th place in 2021.

The Aquacats took home five individual gold medals. By all accounts, according to Aquacats Swim Board President Wes Alred, the Guntersville Swim Team has not had a State Champion since 2016.
